We Print It, You Keep It.
Each item at Sugar Free Prints is lovingly made-to-order just for you—like a custom tattoo for your wall or mug that’s got your sense of humor baked right in. For that reason, we do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations. Once it’s in production, you're officially in a committed relationship.
Damaged Goods? We Got You.
If your item arrives looking like it survived a tornado (aka: it’s damaged), we will happily exchange it. Just email us at sugarfreeprints@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- A quick note explaining the issue
- A photo of the damaged item
- Bonus points if your pet photobombs it
We'll get a fresh one out to you faster than your last relationship ended.
Lost In The Mail?
If your order takes a detour to Narnia and never shows up, don’t panic. If the tracking shows it’s lost or undelivered, we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you. Because no one should be left coaster-less in this world.
What We Don't Accept.
- Buyer's remorse (aka “my wall isn’t funny enough for this”)
- Typos provided by customer (double-check those spellings!)
- Color or sizing variations due to screen differences
- Returns because your ex didn’t like it (we’ve all been there)
Bottom Line.
We make weird, wonderful, and personalized items with care. All we ask is that you read the descriptions, check your info, and reach out if anything goes sideways.
